Hey dude, Jacob imprints on Renesmee, Bella's daughter, in Breaking Dawn. This isn't a new idea.Plus both sides are taking it in a good way. First Bella doesn't like it, but she decided to put up with it as there is nothing she can do. Jacob's action is involuntary.

Definitely the wolf pack...they are still human so they would understand it better and find it easier to accept.
