No. We all know the tradition at the MTV Kiss Award is to re-enact the kiss. And in Twilight, their kiss in the bedroom scene, well, let's say it didn't end well. He ends up resisting her. So, re-enacting that on stage just wouldn't be good. And in the books, Edward and Bella are always left wanting more. This time, Rob and Kristen and the audience were left wanting more :) That's the best way I can explain it. But I would have loved for it to happen. lol

Yeah thats right it was planned so he knew they wernt going to kiss. It will be on youtube somewhere :)

it was staged. All the winners have to prepare a re-enactment of the kiss. :)
